If you have not signed a "Voluntary Agreement" with a manufacturer or distributor of trichloroethylene to install a sealed machine it will be illegal for them to supply you with solvent. You will not be able to buy from other suppliers you are “locked in”, there are shortages, prices are rising fast with extras being added for drum hire and transport. Equipment manufacturers have full order books and you may not be able to get a machine before time runs out at the end of 2010.
